بلاول بھٹو کا پیپلز پارٹی کے یوم تاسیس کے موقع پر اپنے خطاب میں کہنا تھا کہ دہشت گردی کے خلاف نیا ایکشن پلان لانا پڑے گا،
چیئر مین پاکستان پیپلز پارٹی کا 150 شہروں میں ورچوئل خطاب میں کہنا تھا کہ جہاں بھی کائونٹر ٹیررازم ہوگا وہاں ڈیولپمنٹ کا منصوبہ بھی ضروری ہوگا،ہم آج بھی سب مل کر دہشت گردی کا مقابلہ کر سکتے ہیں،آخری بات اس ملک کی معیشیت ہے ، پی پی ہمیشہ عوام دوست معاشی منصوبوں پر یقین رکھتی ہے ، مہنگائی میں کمی عوام کا مطالبہ ہے ، غربت اور بے روزگاری میں کمی لائی جائے ،ہم نے اسی وجہ سے حکومت کا ساتھ دیا ، مہنگائی میں کمی کو پی پی ویلکم کرے گی۔ اگر مہنگائی میں کمی ہو رہی تو اس کا فاعدہ عوام کو ملنا چاہیے،حکومت کی معاشی پالیسی دو تین اشو پر پی پی کا سخت اختلاف ہے ، پی پی سمجھتی ہے کہ معیشیت کو دو تین شعبے اہم ہیں۔
زراعت کا شعبہ معیشت کی ریڑھ کی ہڈی ہے ، ملک بھر میں اچانک ٹیکس میں اضافہ کیا گیا ، سب سے زیادہ ٹیکس وصول کرنے والا صوبہ سندھ ہے، رات و رات زرعی شعبے پر 45 فیصد ٹیکس لگائیں گے تو کسانوں کا قتل ہوگا، وفاق صوبائی حکومتوں کی بات سنے ، زرعی شعبے کی ترقی ہوگی تو معیشیت بہتر ہوگی ، کو آپریٹو فارمنگ کی سوچ اچھی ہے ، متنازعہ طریقے سے پانی کی تقسیم کر رہی ، ایک نہیں چھہ کینال حکومت بنا رہی ،یہ ایک متنازعہ مسئلہ ہے،اس سے منفی اثر ہوگا ، اس کے خلاف شدید رد عمل آ رہا ہے ، ہمیں امید ہے کہ پانی کے مسئلے پر اتفاق رائے قائم کرے گی ،
کینالوں کے مسئلے پر پیپلز پارٹی ساتھ نہیں ہوگی ، عوام اس کے خلاف ہوگئے تو یہ پورا منصوبہ متنازعہ ہو جائے گا۔
بلاول بھٹو کا مزید کہنا تھاکہ کمیٹی اس مسئلے پر بھی مذاکرات کرے گی ،پی پی حکومت وقت سے مطالبہ کرتی ہے کہ آئی ٹی پالیسی پر نظر ثانی کریں، ہم نے مل کر 26 ویں آئینی ترمیم دلوائی ،
اس آئین کی وجہ سے لوگوں کو فایدہ ہو ، ہم تو شہید بھٹو کی پھانسی سے جوڈیشری کے اصلاحات کا مطالبہ کر رہے ہیں ، سب کہتے ہیں اب کہ شہید بھٹو بے قصور تھا، ہم نے اتفاق رائے سے مولانا فضل الرحمان اور اپوزیشن کے تعاون سے چھبیسویں ترمیم لے آئے ، ہم تو چاہتے تھے کہ اپوزیشن اور حکومت مل کر لاتے ۔اس ترمیم کی وجہ سے عوام کو فاعدہ ہوگا،آگے چل کر سب ہی چھبیسویں ترمیم کی تعریف کریں گے۔
